OUR PROCESS

WORKING WITH CONTRACTORS

  • WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS APPROACH FOR A MYRIAD OF REASONS.
  • When? • Free Consultation – learning about your project & what you’re trying to solve.
  • Recommendation – suggesting one or two solutions and their pros & cons. A rough estimate is provided at this stage.
  • Planning and Design – In some cases, we permit a video call or site inspection for complex projects to allow for a more fine-tuned solution, which is then supported via shop drawings (Fire Shutters vary) as well as pictures of similar applications.
  • Ordering – once a solution is selected and approved by you, the contractor we generate an invoice. and only proceed to production after payment.
  • Turnaround – We provide a rough timeline at the start of discussions but after payment has cleared and your order is put into production, we give you a more accurate date to allow for efficient scheduling.
  • Pickup and/or Delivery – We offer both options although in light of regional and provincial guidelines and restrictions, we strongly encourage having orders shipped to contractor/dealer locations or job sites.
